Farrell is the former owner of Congressional Abstract and Title Management, both New York based title insurance companies.  Farrell has over forty years in the business as an agent and owner.  His trophy projects include:

• ITT Purchase of Madison Square Garden
• ITT Purchase of Caesar’s World – 5 casinos and 3 resorts in the Poconos – application to closing in two weeks
• Recreation of the Port Authority’s file on the Lincoln Tunnel which was destroyed on September 11, 2001.  30 city blocks taken by condemnation to do the original projected
• $250 m financing of Scottsdale Fashion Mall

A graduate of St. Francis College, Farrell a the father of three and currently resides in Glen Head, New York.  Among other endeavors, Farrell has served on the Board of Directors of: 
FREE – Family Residence and Essential Enterprise; Port Youth Activities; and Suffolk County Legal Aid.
